VCI Packaging Films & Bags

ZERUST® VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) packaging combines packaging and corrosion protection into a single step. The proprietary VCI chemistry releases protective molecules that form an invisible layer on metal surfaces, preventing corrosion for up to five years without the need for messy greases or post-treatment cleaning. ZERUST® offers a wide range of VCI films, bags, kraft papers, and sheeting in various thicknesses, strengths, and configurations to suit different industrial packaging needs.

Rust Preventatives & Rust Removers

In addition to VCI packaging, ZERUST® provides a range of rust preventatives, VCI oils, corrosion-inhibiting additives, and rust removers. These products work together to deliver a comprehensive corrosion management system. From preventative coatings to effective rust removal solutions, they help restore and protect metal components while maintaining surface integrity.

VCI Diffusers

ZERUST® VCI diffusers provide targeted corrosion protection for enclosed or hard-to-reach spaces. These emitters release corrosion-inhibiting molecules into the surrounding environment, forming a protective layer on metal surfaces to prevent rust. They are residue-free, safe for electronics, and suitable for applications where additional protection is required alongside VCI packaging.
