Who We Are
XCEL Industrial Supplies Pte Ltd was established in 1992 as a manufacturing representative in the electronics industry and later expanded into various sectors.
Today, our core activities revolve around the supply of pallets and other packaging solutions. We are committed to achieving the Circular Economy model and driving the Zero-Waste movement in Singapore.
We advocate the importance of holding ourselves accountable for the creation of waste. Hence, our sustainability programmes specifically target our clients’ wooden waste. We collect and sort all imported wooden pallets/crates and provide an analysis of the opportunities for repairing or resizing these wooden pallets/crates for export.
Since launching our upcycling brand, CREUSE, in 2020, we've been giving damaged pallets a new lease on life, transforming them into stylish, functional products through customisation, events, workshops, and learning journeys. This reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability and a greener future.

New factory
Shifted to new office & factory at 3 Fourth Lok Yang Road. NPARKS: Certificate accredited for HT rooms
2018
Certified ISO9001:2015 & 14001:2015. XCEL signed the Singapore Packaging Agreement.
2019
Acquisition of Triple Eyelid brand. Awarded the Singapore Packaging Star Award.
2020
Awarded Singapore Quality Award. Launched CREUSE, our sustainable brand.
2021
Certified ISO45001:2018. Awarded the SME500 Singapore (2020-2021) and Singapore Packaging Star Awards.
2022
Certified bizSAFE Star. Awarded the Singapore Packaging Star Awards.
2024
Launch of XCEL MANUFACTURING SDN. BHD in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
2025
